Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returned in its original packaging.
Please note:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned.

Printers cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the defect is repairable, it will be covered under the one-year warranty.
